This online class gives meditation classes you a supportive place to learn how to meditate and do mindfulness practices. You’ll learn about breathwork, self-compassion and being grateful.
In this FREE meditation class you will let go of feeling overwhelmed and over-reactive. This meditation weaves Yoga Nidra techniques with calming imagery to rewire the brain from hyperactivity and overthinking to a deeply restorative state throughout the mind, body, and spirit. Maybe for some time, you’ve been experiencing feelings that have made you feel insecure about yourself, less fulfilled than you know you should be, and it’s impacted the way you behave and look at life. The benefits of meditation and mindfulness are also largely the same. To get back to the course at hand, the 30-Day Mindfulness Course is unique in that it lets you set your own pace of completion. You can do the course at a minimum of 30 days and at a maximum of 60 days. For such an extensive online course, it is good to have the option of setting your own pace. We also provide an 11-minutes guided audio Meditation file that participants can also use to support their Meditation practice. This audio file is a basic guided Meditation that is intended to calm the body and mind, release stress, reduce anxiety, and to bring about a very positive feeling.
The practice is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners and is to be enjoyed lying on the back in savasana.
